Music Ministry

At Peters Creek Evangelical Presbyterian Church, music is more than just a part of our worship service—it’s a vital expression of our love for God and a powerful way we connect as a church family. Through congregational hymns, choral anthems, handbell ringing, vocal and instrumental solos, our Music Ministry invites all generations to worship and glorify our God.

Whether you sing in the choir, play an instrument, or simply enjoy the beauty of worship music from your seat, there’s a place for you here. Our goal is to glorify God through music that inspires, uplifts, and unites us as one body in Christ.

Come make joyful music with us!

The Chancel Choir leads worship each week through hymn and anthems from all pelriods of music. This dedicated ensemble rehearses Wednesday evenings from

7:00 pm - 8:15 pm (except during the summer). Everyone is welcome to join this lively fellowship of singers of all ages and skill levels. We work hard, we learn, and we laugh, but most importantly, we worship our Creator.

This ensemble rings regularly for worship and occasionally adds musical colors to our choral works.

This ensemble rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm to learn new music, to improve ringing skills and to prepare to lead worship.

children's choir & activities

Starting at 4:00pm, kids are invited to jump into an afternoon of fun, creativity, and connection!

We’ll kick things off with a snack, then dive into an action-packed hour and a half full of games, singing, instruments, stories, crafts, and hands-on activities—all designed with age-appropriate fun in mind.

Children can be picked up at 5:30pm. Families are encouraged to stay for a light meal and fellowship in Hinman Hall. Our next session launches this October, and we welcome everyone from age 3 through middle school.
