Meet the Team
At Peters Creek Evangelical Presbyterian Church, we believe ministry is a team effort. Our pastors, staff, and ministry leaders are here to serve, support, and walk alongside you in your journey of faith. Each member of our team brings unique gifts and a shared passion for helping others grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Whether you’re visiting for the first time, seeking prayer, or looking for ways to get involved, we’re here for you.
We invite you to get to know the people who lead, pray, plan, teach, encourage, and serve our church family every week.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve—and excited to meet you!
Rev. Dr. Richard G. Wolling

lisa tyger
Lisa has over twenty-five years of experience working in children’s ministry as a volunteer, in Preschool Christian Education, and as a director of both family and children’s ministry. She has a degree in child development and undergrad studies in English literature.
As a child growing up on a farm in central Pennsylvania, Lisa’s life was centered in the church where she worshiped, participated in Sunday school, VBS, and youth group, sang in the choir, volunteered, and enjoyed (many) covered dish fellowship dinners. This shaped her understanding of the importance of not only attending church, but also being an active participant in a church family.
Lisa and her husband Scott enjoy visiting with their adult daughter and son and extended family. When she’s home, you’ll find Lisa by following the music always playing in the background while she crafts, gardens, cooks or reads.
Andy hromoko
After two years as our interim Youth Director, Andy answered God's call to make it official and join the PCEPC staff. Andy has spent almost his entire life in Youth Ministry coming alongside middle/high school- and college aged young people and their families.
He is a retired Federal Law Enforcement Agent and has spent many years working both formally and as a volunteer with religious organizations as well as in the non-profit world serving those in need.
Andy and his wife live in Peters Township. They have two adult children, a son-in-law and an amazing grandson. Andy strives to live his life and lead others to follow
1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18: "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."
RICHARD PINKERTON
Rich grew up in a small community where church was a vital part of the fabric of life. After a few years of piano study, he "volunteered" to play for Sunday School and Bible Study classes, and later he was asked to play the organ for a local Baptist church. He has been making a "joyful noise" ever since.
After graduating from Bucknell University with degrees in Math, Music and Computer Engineering, he continued his education with a master's degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music in organ performance. He has led congregations in Ohio and Pennsylvania on their musical journeys with choral and handbell ensembles, and, of course, the piano and organ. A particular highlight of his ministry has been the opportunity to travel with handbell ensembles throughout the US and Europe as the ringers share God's love wherever they perform.
Rich and his wife, Essi, have two adult daughters, a great son-in-law and two very lively grandchildren!
MARGARET WEAVER
After four years of retirement, Margaret felt God’s call to return to active service as the church’s Office Manager. A devoted member of the church for 30 years, she has served in many volunteer and leadership roles, including 16 years as a deacon. Her husband and family are also long-time members, deeply rooted in a shared legacy of faith and service.
Margaret is actively involved in church life—attending Sunday School and worship services regularly and participating in an ongoing prayer group. She brings over 30 years of experience in the supply chain industry, most notably with Heinz as a transportation analyst. Her professional background has equipped her with a strong and unique set of
management and organizational skills, developed through years of collaboration with teams and departments toward shared goals. She brings these strengths into her role as Office Manager, serving the church community with dedication, care, and a heart for ministry.
She and her husband have one adult daughter. In her free time, she enjoys family, gardening, canning, and hostessing—especially cooking and sharing well-prepared meals made from fresh, wholesome ingredients, often grown in her own garden as well as hand embroidery and sewing.
She treasures daily time in God’s Word and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the church with both her heart and experience.
